However at times, some customers may have questions about how to use this site. Please feel free to use this help section to aid you in your shopping experience. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. How to Search for Product Searching for product on modBaby.ca is easy. Basically you have three options: 1. Use our main headings At the top of our site under our logo - we have put together a number of sections that represent all the categories of products we have available. For example if you are looking for something for the bedroom - take a look at Sweet Slumber, or if you are looking for clothes check out Dress-Up. Once you are inside the category you are interested in, you can then further browse the sub-categories within that section. 2. Use our keyword search tool Like many other keyword search tools available online - please feel free to use our keyword search tool to search through and look for products that contain the keywords you are looking for. The keyword search tool is available just under our main navigation and it allows you to specify which category you wish to search in. 3. Search by brand If you are familiar with the brands we carry - or if you would like to see what brands we carry and what products are available under that brand, please feel free to use our brand search tool. The brand search tool is availble just under our main navigation next to the shopping cart. How to buy product from modBaby.ca First make sure you find a product that you are interested. Once you have found a product you are interested and you want to buy it - do the following: Select the color, size (if applicable) and quantity you would like of the product Click Add to Cart At this point you will be taken to your shopping cart. Also if you look in the top right corner of the site - right under our navigation menu - you will see that your shopping cart now contains one item. You now can either continue to shop for more items (which we hope you do!) by clicking the continue shopping or proceed to checkout. To proceed to checkout you can either click the checkout button on the shopping cart page, click the shopping cart link at the bottom of the page under Your Account or you can click on your shopping cart located in the top right corner of the site under the navigation menu. Sale Items Throughout the site you may find items on sale. To keep the process fair - sale items are subject to the following conditions: Sale items can not be combined with any other discount offered by modBaby All Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Quantities can at times be limited on sale items. As such we cannot guarantee the availability of a sale item and in some instances once it sold we may never get it again. If an item you ordered is out of stock - we will inform you and provide you with alternates if available. Special Order Items At times some items we sell cannot be carried in stock due to their unique nature, customization, cost or manufacturer rules. As such those items may require us to special order them for you. Because of this - special order items are subject to the following conditions: We cannot guarantee the availability of a special order item. Once you place your order we will contact the manufacturer and if the item is available we will order it for you and provide for you an ETA on delivery. If the item is not available, we will let you know when and if it will become available. Special Order Items are Final Sale and Must be Paid in Full before ordering. Viewing your Cart and Checking-Out To view your cart and/or checkout - click on the shopping cart located in the top right corner of the site under the main navigation menu or at the bottom of the page under Your Account. When presented with your cart, you will see all the items you have selected. You can then either proceed to remove items you do not wish by clicking on the X Button next to the item you wish to remove. Finally when your cart looks the way you like - you can then proceed to check-out by hitting the check-out button. When you decide to check-out you will be presented with two options to provide your information. If you are a previous customer - all you have to do is login using your email address and password you provided the first time you bought from us. If you are a new customer - you will be invited to register a new account. Site Registration Registering with modBaby.ca is easy. We only ask for the information we need to help process your order. That information includes: Your name, phone numbers and email address Your shipping and billing addresses Once you become a member of our site - the next time you want to buy something is easier - as we already have your information! All we need is that you verify who you are and as well for your security we will need your payment information again. Order Completion Now that you have provided your information and what you want to order - all you need to do is complete your order - and to do that - we need a few things: What method of shipping you would like to use Any promotion codes you may have Your payment information After you provide this info - all you need to do is click Submit Order and that is it! Checking the Status of your Order Checking the status of your order is easy - all you have to do is click on the your account link at the top of the page or on the previous orders link under Your Account at the bottom of the page. Once clicked - you will see a history of all the orders you have done with modBaby.ca and from there you can click on each individual order and see its current status. Changing my Information To change your personal information is easy - all you have to do is click on the your account link at the top of the page or on the my profile link under Your Account at the bottom of the page. Once clicked - you will have the ability to change your information as you require.
