About Us modBaby is an online retailer of modern baby gear based in Calgary, Canada. Our products are designed for the contemporary parent who recognises & appreciates quality, style and technology. Some of our products have been featured in talk shows, in gift baskets for award ceremonies and in high circulation print media. Our products are meant for parents just as much as they are for baby. We hand-pick our products and bring you the best selection from around the world. If you are a modern parent who wants more than the chain baby stores can offer, then our selection will meet or exceed your needs. Our Story modBaby is a company run by modern parents of young children. We felt that we couldn't find the right bag, or the right toy, or the right pair of shoes for our babies; and had a feeling that we were being forced to buy lower end chain-store selections or nothing at all. The online community had much more selection but either didn't ship to Canada or the cost of shipping became prohibitive to us buying anything. Every now and again we would find something great such as the Trembimbi spoons, or the Diapees & Wipees or the Bical shoes; and we would share them with all our parent friends and soon the idea blossomed into our online store. Our Mission We want to satisfy the needs of modern parents in Canada and anywhere else. We want you to be happy that you have maintained your lifestyles and not compromised when it comes to buying your baby gear. We are just like you and feel that quality, technology and style can be delivered each and every time without having to sacrifice one or the other. Our Service We believe we can give you the honesty, understanding and care that you have come to expect from your circle of parents. As such we try to make environmentally friendly choices by looking for products that are green, organic, recycled, recyclable and biodegradable. We Share modBaby has created a network to share our prosperity with other parents looking to supplement their income. The modMums Network is a home based distribution model that allows parents to sell modBaby products from their homes and generate their own income.
